SSUI Change Log

The following changes have been implemented for the Self-Service UI.

6.0.0 – July 2026

• SSUI User Activity Log: view environment changes, user logins, and update authors in a clearer view, with filtering to focus on desired information.

• Modular Services - Configuration Properties Tab: protect sensitive configuration(s) with secret properties where values remain hidden after the configurations are saved.

• SSUI Environments - Update Environment Tab: improved mechanism allows environment updates to complete more reliably.

• SSUI Environments - Configuration Properties Tab: catch invalid property values before they are saved to help keep environments stable.

5.5.0 – May 2026

• SSUI Control Service API: manage credentials used for Control Service API access.

• SSUI Update Preview Sandbox: create an ‘Update preview sandbox’ from an existing sandbox backup.

• SSUI Environments - Security Events Tab and Modular Services - Logs Tab: filter log lines to display only what is needed.

• SSUI Modular Services: fixed upload of jars larger than 30 MB.

• User Guide: introduced ‘Change log’.

5.4.0 — March 2026

• SSUI Environments - SFTP Access Control Tab: restrict access to a directory and limit to read or write access for SFTP user accounts.

• SSUI Environments: Hosting region is shown, and the environment list remains available when a new environment is being provisioned.

• SSUI Environments - Refresh Configuration Tab : optimized the lock release functionality whenever system import and reset is used.

• SSUI Role-Based Access Control: access - environments and SSUI functional areas - following group membership, when external authentication is used.

• SSUI Environments - Update Environment Tab: the compatibility check prevents updates being possible when the environment’s custom add-ons are incompatible.

• SSUI Environments - Restore Tab: backup and restore sandbox environments.

• SSUI Environments: alerts about outages and other key announcements from Statushub are presented on the page.

• SSUI Environments - Update Environment Tab and SSUI Environments - General Tab: change log and maintenance image links are updated.

• SSUI Modular Services: manage Modular Service Platform modular services - status, Start / Stop / Delete / Update, configuration, and logs.

• SSUI Update Preview Sandbox: improved wording and flow in the wizards.

• SSUI Environments - Refresh Configuration Tab : improved resilience for configuration imports generating more than 1,000 errors.

• Environments details page : configure the ‘Welcome text’ value and whether the ‘Forgot password’ link is displayed on STEP Login Screen (for STEP-managed users).
