SSUI User Guide

This guide describes the features available in the SaaS Self-Service UI (SSUI).

Options in the SSUI page title bar include:

• Quick links - links to SSUI Documentation, Product Updates Center, and Stibo Systems: Online Help Documentation, which each open in a new tab.

• User - displays the email address for the current user and the Logout option.

The SSUI features include the ability to monitor and maintain the environments associated with your account, to upgrade your STEP environment to a new update without the assistance of Stibo Systems Support, to generate uptime reporting that indicates how often your system experiences downtime, and to create an update preview sandbox to try out the latest available STEP features without having to upgrade existing environments.

The following sections explain and define the features available in the left navigation panel:

• SSUI Environments - An overview of the STEP environments configured for your account.

• SSUI Update Preview Sandbox - A time-limited sandbox that can be used to try out the latest available STEP update without having to update existing environments.

• SSUI Modular Services - Modular services available for all your environments.

• SSUI Calendar - Critical dates for your SaaS environments including the update schedule, update availability dates, end dates for preview periods, and more.

• SSUI User Activity Log - A log of actions made in the self-service application.

• SSUI Control Service API - Access to the creation and management of machine-to-machine accounts used to access the Control Service API.

• SSUI ProductGen AI Monitoring - Visibility into how many AI credits have been used through operation of the Stibo Systems’ ProductGen AI solution.

• SSUI Managing User Access and Authentication - External and local authentication for user access.

• SSUI Role-Based Access Control - Access management available for customers using external authentication for the SSUI.
