Further, a performance fix for 'Approve Deletion Recursively' has been found related to the first step in which the nodes to approve are found. The performance fix is related to finding assets under classifications.

The problem is that it is not possible to download files from the background process when the Business Rule Based Message Processor and the SFTP Delivery method are used, because the delivery method would delete the files before the processor could move them to permanent storage, regardless of whether the file delivery was successful. With this fix, the SFTP Delivery method will only delete files that are already zipped and are delivered successfully via SFTP.

The fix makes the import always create such types as publication section types, but a type that was already created with the wrong kind is not changed and must be deleted and imported again.

When a source record is moved out of a merged golden record, the unmerge could re-apply values that originated from that source record, taken from a deactivated golden record that had been merged in earlier. The golden record was then left with outdated values instead of the values from the records that remain. Values from a deactivated golden record are now re-applied only when they do not originate from a source record.

The List-of-Values Shadow Creation (LFSC) background process wraps failures from shadow creation, such as a unit on the current LOV that the validator rejects, in RuntimeExceptions. This change unwraps that validator problem and rethrows it as the checked exception that setListOfValues() already declares. Callers like the ETIM importer can then report the problem and continue with the remaining data instead of failing the whole operation.

Merge could lose or replace a keyed data container (ISSUE-886369)

When golden records with a keyed multi-valued data container were merged, the surviving golden record could lose one of its data containers, or have an existing data container replaced by a new one carrying the same values. It happened only for some merges, depending on the order in which the containers were processed, so the same merge could behave differently between runs. Merging now keeps every data container that survivorship selects, and existing data containers are kept rather than recreated.

An extra parameter has been added to the cache, and the old cache format is automatically re-written to the new format.

Running a strict inbound integration endpoint (IIEP) threw errors like 'Failed to acquire exclusive lock Worker'. These errors occurred because the worker started a new process when it finished its batch if there were more files to process, but the poller was also scheduled to start a new worker process every minute. As there were lots of files to to process, a task that often takes only a few seconds, there were new workers being created all the time. Therefore, there was a high possibility the poller and worker each created workers which then clashed as only one can run at the same time when an IIEP is set to strict. This has been fixed.

A record that already holds an instance with an incomplete key can now be unmerged.

To fix an issue in which the Clerical Review Task List could not be viewed due to an incorrect workflow variable value, the Clerical Review Task List will no longer be shown as empty if there are records with misconfigured matching algorithms. Instead, such records will not be processed and logged in the app log.

Fix for outdated values from source records are applied from deactivated golden records during unmerge (ISSUE-886194)

Unmerge could reapply outdated values from deactivated golden records. When a golden record is unmerged, each deactivated golden record merged into it was fed through survivorship in full, so values originating from a source record could be brought back even though they are no longer correct: where the source is still associated the current values are in contributor data, and where the source was moved to another golden record the values do not belong on the record at all. The reapply is now controlled by the internal property MatchAndMerge.ReapplyDeactivatedGoldenRecords and is off by default. It will be enabled again once survivorship applies only the values that originate from a manual edit on the deactivated golden record.

Table cells in spanned rows now display correct spacing When a row span covers the last rows of a table fragment (or the last rows of a non-split table), cells in other columns of those rows were missing their space above and below text. This has been fixed. The space above and below text (cell insets) is now applied in all columns, even when a row span reaches the last row. Tables without row spans reaching the last row are not affected by this change.
