Creation and modification actions taken by users that cause changes to an object within the Tree or System Setup are recorded on the object's Log tab.
Information on the Log tab includes a timestamp, the ID of the user who performed the action, and a brief description of the changes made.
Use the buttons at the bottom of the log data to:

Navigate through the log - As additional log entries become available and the page is filled, the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, Last Page buttons are enabled.

Save the log information - Click the Download button to save the log as a zipped text file with the object name included in the default file name.
When appropriate, additional information about the Log tab in a specific object type is defined in the section that addresses the particular functionality, such as references, business rules, event processors, or users and groups.
