Together, these enhancements significantly reduce the effort required to publish trusted master data and make it available for Agentic AI solutions and other applications.

Details

Self-Service UI activation for DaaS

Customers can now provision DaaS instances directly from the SSUI for supported STEP environments. This allows customers to activate DaaS and Consumer MCP Server capabilities without requiring assistance from Stibo Systems, simplifying solution adoption. For more information, refer to the SSUI DaaS Provisioning and Access Management topic in the SSUI documentation.

For information about the Consumer MCP Server, refer to the DaaS and Consumer MCP Server Getting Started topic in the Data as a Service documentation.

DaaS Easy Setup wizard

The new DaaS Easy Setup wizard allows administrators to quickly establish and validate a DaaS publishing configuration with minimal manual setup. Administrators identify basic configuration and sample data for publication, and the wizard creates the required setup and publishes the selected sample dataset. For more information, refer to the DaaS Easy Setup Wizard topic in the Data as a Service documentation.

Create DaaS Service wizard

The new Create DaaS Service wizard significantly reduces the manual effort required to expose trusted master data through DaaS and the Consumer MCP Server. Based on a designated metadata attribute and selected data object types and attributes, the wizard automatically generates the required service definitions and corresponding semantic schemas. These semantic schemas provide the business context needed by Agentic AI solutions to understand, navigate, and consume data more effectively. For more information, refer to the Create DaaS Service Wizard topic in the Data as a Service documentation.
