SSUI Enhancements and Changes

The following enhancements and changes have been made for all SaaS environments and may be further documented in the SaaS Self-Service (SSUI) 'User guide'. These improvements have been made available between the 2025.4 update and the 2026.1 update.

  • The Self-Service UI now supports segregated access permissions for individual SFTP user accounts, enabling organizations to implement strict access controls for SFTP-based integrations. Administrators can configure specific directories and access modes when managing SFTP user accounts, ensuring that each user can only access designated locations with appropriate permissions. This enhancement improves security by reducing risk and maintaining compliant, tightly controlled data access over SFTP.

  • The 'Configuration properties' tab now allows users to configure the REST Delivery Method 'RESTDeliveryURL' property. For information about a property, search for the property name within STEP Online Help.

  • Stibo Systems now provides businesses with a clear and informative view of AI credit usage via the new ProductGen AI monitoring page, located in the Self-Service UI. For customers using one or multiple aspects of Stibo Systems' ProductGen AI solution, the ability to ensure AI credit spending is aligned with expectations and budget is vital. The ProductGen AI monitoring supports this aim.

    Using the ProductGen AI monitoring page, admin users can select a specific period of time (covering up to two years prior) and review data in the following ways:

    • view all AI credits used

    • view a daily average number of AI credits used

    • view the number of AI credits used on specific days

    • view which AI services are in use

    • view the number of AI credits used from each of the configured AI services

    With ProductGen AI monitoring, admin users tasked with managing their AI solutions can now understand their current and historic AI credit consumption at a granular level, enabling informed decisions about consumption patterns, billing verification, and potential service expansion.
