Mapping a Publication Version Using Commercial Data

When creating a new publication version, and if your publication is using commercial data, the terms list(s) must be mapped to the version before commercial data can be mounted onto InDesign pages. Follow these steps to map commercial data to your publication version.

1. In the Tree, unfold the Publication hierarchy.
2. Click the Publication and click the Version tab.

3. If working with commercial lists, click the value list in the Price field and then select a commercial list.
