Attributes and Lists of Values (LOVs) can be managed in the Web UI. This section of the documentation describes how to configure and work with attribute and LOV management functionality in the Web UI.
Attributes, attribute groups, LOVs, and LOV groups can be created and maintained in the Web UI by accessing one of four screens: the Attribute Group Management screen, Attribute Management screen, List of Values Group Management screen, and List of Values Management screen. These screens are described in the sub-topics available below this one.
To enable these screens, users must first add them to the Web UI and make them accessible via the Global Navigation Panel.

Considerations and Limitations
The intent of these components is to provide access for management of attributes and LOVs in Web UI. With that in mind, some of the more advanced features available in the workbench are unavailable, or available in a reduced manner, within the Web UI.
- A calculated attribute editor available in the workbench is not provided in the Web UI.
- The Web UI does not have capacity for managing changes to attributes that conflict with and/or impact existing data values for the attribute.
- As with all STEP functionality, the ability to create and maintain attribute and LOV objects requires the user to have privileges to do so.
